Deep Sea Cosmetics - No return policy not posted anywhere
Deep Sea Cosmetics complaint update. I wrote earlier today and then I read other DSC reviews and complaints - all very similar to mine.
Most mall travelers wouldn't look for reviews about a kiosk that they never knew about before their mall trip. Me too. I feel like a taken flunky now after reading multiple similar complaints against this company. I feel like I got a Gypsy hustle from a snake oil salesman and woman.
They offered to check with mall mgt. about exchange policy and they would contact me later that day. Over one week ago and a big fat nothing. This seems to be a scam across our nation.
I will check with Mall mgt. tomorrow but don't expect much to happen based on other complaints I read.
Thanks for letting me vent. Mike in Louisville KY
I had similar experience as other reviewers: high pressure smooth talking salesman. I did buy a product I didn't want or need (skin conditioners) probably because I was in a good but gullible mood.
When I realized what had happened I tried to get a refund. They said No Refunds; exchange only. There is no No Refund signage anywhere but I had signed the receipt after my purchase. Receipt said No Refunds and I had signed it.
I explained that the No Refund policy was listed on the receipt after I paid for it. Tough. Exchange it for something else. And it is very expensive.
I felt the whole time I was in a hustle, like in The Sting movie.
I advise others to walk on past this sales cart in the main aisle of Oxmoor Mall in Louisville. Don't be taken in like I was
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
