Verified ReviewerI want my money back!
I am a victim of Deep Sea Cosmetics (Adore store in Tyrone Mall, Saint Petersburg).
I have returned the unopened products with my husband (recorded it on video) the day after and was told, NO REFUNDS! I have attempted to return everything within 30 minutes of purchase, on 1/31/23 but the store closed.
When I got home, I immediately called my bank to cancel the transaction and initiated a dispute.
Money loss: $3,691.50
I was first sold an anti wrinkle around the eyes cream for $267.50 and then manipulated by a different super friendly salesman who asked if I was interested in a much better skin care system (red light-Perfectio) that I can use for my entire face and neck, not just around my eyes and he started using red light on one side of my face, stating that he could already see the difference and that I needed to consider his option instead of an expensive face lift surgery after which he proceeded to go down on the price every time I said that I wasnt interested.
He insisted that I deserve to get something nice for myself and that I was like his mom and wanted me to enjoy this system and feel good without trying facelift surgery because I was so nice and he liked me since I was from Europe and he was really chatty and kind, learned that I was a nurse and about my battle with cancer.
He kept offering generous compliments.
To cut the story short, I ended up paying $3,691.50, (never received the first cream but a few free creams and even an after shave for my husband), said yes and just wanted them to leave me alone while feeling pressured to buy the items.
I didnt see a sign that said no refund at the time of purchase.
My bank upheld the scam shops no refund policy.
Now they have my money and the merchandise.
I fell victim to their sales tactics and they refuse to resolve the issue.
I deem this enforcement of the policy to be baseless and unethical. They are preying on vulnerable individuals.
This business is a BIG scam and they are now using a different technique to sell their extremely expensive products: instead of being pushy as before, they befriend you so you cant say no!
I want my money back!

Too aggressive salesperson
At Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg Fla.
My friend and I were just shopping and was approached by a some guy who was nice at first, but it was apparent that he was too disingenuous to my taste. I've see this kind of tactic before, but it never works. Appear nice but then do the hard sell afterwards. Not in this day and age.
Doesn't work that way anymore. Offer one thing, but then try to add extra products to purchase. Nice try but not a good idea. Products are too expensive to begin with and trying to add more is ridiculous.
He wouldn't let us go when we said we weren't interested, but we did have to catch a bus.
True remark.
This guy needs to work on his salesmanship in order to get more people to buy their products. Maybe their products are good, but not at the expense of alienating their customers to begin with.
This was a scam
Instant face lift
Way too pushy and expensive
Approached at mall in Arlington, VA (outside of Washington DC). I've been using the eye serum and syringe for 2 weeks but don't see any change.
They threw in the salt scrub for $0. I paid over $250 for the syringe and serum which I'm sure is way too much but people pay that much for LaMer and this is more product. I won't buy this stuff again but I feel stupid for falling for any of it. My friend bought the face and neck stuff/mask and swears by it.
I've seen her after several weeks and have to admit the product does make her neck and face look better.
But, I don't like the sales tactics at all and I've read articles from Israel about how this company recruits young people after their Army service so they can make money for higher education. The poor young people are scammed by the company with poor work conditions and less money earned than promised.
Satisfied
Like many others, I was in the mall. Jefferson mall in Lou KY.
I was approached by a young good looking gentleman named Thomas. He was very personable, funny, and perceptive. He demonstrated his products n made his pitch. There were only 2products that I was interested in buying.
The eye serum n face cream, but as a sales person its his job 2get me 2buy more. Then again as grown ADULT all i have 2do is say NO! The more I said no the more "gifts" I kept receiving. When it was over with I purchased my 2items n walked away w 9items total.
Thomas took the time 2expain how 2use the products n wrote on the boxes my am n pm regiment. I have used the products religiously since I got them n I couldn't b happier w the results!
I have had zero side effects n all of my products were in flawless condition. Thank u Thomas

Agree received same high pressure sales pitch exactly from pushy sales lady and man at Citrus Park Mall in Tampa. They prey upon a certain age group and keep talking asking questions regarding job and keep pushing products and the Perfectio product.
Anyone reading this, beware of this company as they use fake pictures of people with wrinkles and then show people without wrinkles claiming the Perfection device takes all wrinkles away. These pictures can be photo shopped and it is a SCAM!! Do not give your credit card and or money for any products. The products they say are labeled from a company called ADORE and bank statements show the purchase is from DEEP SEA COSMETICS.
They steal your money and hope that you will be a continued buyer that will constantly keep purchasing their products. My sister is a medical skin aesthetician and says 100% this company is not only overpricing all of the products and you can find comparable products that get same results on Amazon and at drug stores.
Any company that are in malls and that use pushy sales tactics most likely are SCAM companies. BUYER BEWARE!
Are you a victim as well?
